Davao Poblacion Hotels

Location is very good. Malapit sa mga pasyalan. Along the highway kaya hndi rn mahirap sumakay. Nag jeep lng kmi from Airport to Hotel. Room is clean. They also have a mini resto at the ground that offers breakfast and some stuff. The hotel staff are very helpful, you can ask how to get around. We stayed for multiple nights, you have to ask the reception for replenishment of supplies. On the room that we stayed, there were only two sockets for charging your gadgets. If there's an area of improvement, i hope that they can atleast place a hot and cold water dispenser in each floor near the elevator since there's no electric kettle and no bottled water provided in the room. Nonetheless, i'll consider staying in this hotel again considering the price that I paid for.

The staffs were nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is really good. And the location is also an advantage, there are many establishment nearby.

The shower has low water pressure and it takes time to finish showering. The door swipe key is not working for the third time. My son went to the receptionist for 3rd time, and same problem, still not working. They give me the keys at the 4th time. The room is not sound proof. I can even hear the other room cellphone ringing and the alarm keeps on sounding.

I booked two rooms at Apo View Hotel for my family’s Davao City day trip. A deluxe room for my parents and a superior room for my siblings, as no family rooms were available. Wasn’t able to use the other hotel amenities since the Davao City stay was short. Despite a stressful flight rescheduling (with Cebu Pacific), the hotel was a highlight! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with my parents loving the deluxe’s cozy vibe and my siblings enjoying the superior’s modern touches. On the booking i requested rooms around lower floors, unfortunately they refused and handed fourth floor rooms. The breakfast buffet, which I added on, was a hit with fresh fruits, adobo, and pandesal that brought the family together the morning after. Apo View hotel’s prime downtown location made exploring spots like People’s Park a breeze. I stayed here years ago and was thrilled it lived up to my memories. Will definitely book again for our next Davao adventure

Outstanding!!! Wonderful place with outstanding customer service. Having breakfast with my booking, water fountain on corridor, staff calling to remind about breakfast and checkout times made all the difference during a busy time in my room. Thank you Hotel Uno you really made my stay comfortable! On negative side, my room was in a desperate need for an upgrade.

In the websites says check out time is 12 but we’re inform to check out at 10 plus you have to pay 400 for the parking fee and 300 for the cleaning fee. We are not aware about that. The room is ok you get what you pay for.

Its a nice place,staffs are very helpful and accommodating,over all i love staying there,for suggestion lang sna palitan nyo ng mas lighter yong background n logo niya kse hindi sya halos nkikita mahihirapan ka mahanap agad yong building lalo n pag gabi.yong lng nman po pero satisfied kmi ng asawa ko while staying there 😊

Very good location in Davao City. My Hotel was just right. Near everything you need for exploring and travelling within Davao City and other areas of Mindanao. Breakfast included. You get your money's worth here.

The hotel location is conveniently located, many restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the vicinity. The front desk staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I don’t like in this hotel is the slow speed of the internet and you have to reconnect to their WiFi every time you came from outside.
