Everything was excellent. Food, massage, staff, service.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The amenities listed on the website were not provided at first. It was disappointing, but the front desk staff probably bought water, shampoo, etc. from a nearby store and provided them to me. Thank you.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Breakfast buffet if hotel is high occupancy, A la carte if low occupancy but both good. Cannot fault this hotel. Very peaceful as located in a giant park. Highly recommend.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

House is very apacious with lots of room for guests to frolic around.

Clean, amazing experience, and the bed and pillow don't hurt my back...it's okay...👍 If I come back, I'll stay here because it's my favorite place😅😁

The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.
