The place had a bad odor throughout, including smoke, front check in person smelled really bad like liquor, although he was nice. Remote broken in room, the facility itself was dirty and floors and walls had cracks, just old I guess and needs to be fixed up.

There is an extra cost for pets, bathroom outlet doesn’t work, the door closer isn’t work.

Staff was almost non existent - friendly if you could find them. Had to ask to replace/restock everything of bedroom linens to pool towels to coffee at breakfast. Not dirty but not clean. Very small

There was a number of issues . bathtub would not stop dripping , faucet on bathroom sink was loose and there were deep scratches on the bathroom door . I always inspect any hotel room i stay in and take pictures of anything damaged to prove damage exsisted before i stayed . My puctures and videos are time stamped so i dont get charged for damages . ALSO , when i checked out I asked for a check out receipt to insure I would not be charged for any incidentals while i stayed in the room . They claimed because I booked online they would not give me anything proving this , such as a check out receipt .

A real bargain. The property is a bit threadbare but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. A lightbulb was out in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem.

Though outdated, everything was very clean and fresh. Nice breakfast spread, nothing fancy. Excellent price for the accommodations.

Older building, but comfy and clean, friendly staff. The attendant helped us locate the spot to park our RV. We were in a snow storm and had to stop.
Good breakfast, yummy waffles. Hy-Vee fresh market right next door.
