The bed sheets were filled with hair. Also blood stains on sheets and found a bug in the bathroom.

Everything in this hotel is outdated. Furniture, drapes, etc damaged. Toilet and sink stained. Comforters over-washed and lumpy. Drove home rather than sleep there.

Pool isn’t heated
They never cleaned the room we stayed there for 4 days we had to steal towels from the pool
The beds don’t have mattresses protecters
The floors where so dirty the carpet was nasty
Don’t believe the pictures. The beds are like sleeping on a floor.

I like that where eve I travel, all County Inn & Suites feel like I have been there before. Very familiar whether I have been there or not

We were told by the desk clerk that the hotel had the "best breakfast in town". HA! fake tasting scrambled eggs & sausage links that were dried out with no flavor. The only other substantial offering was waffles. The gentleman fixing the breakfast was wearing rubber gloves but I watched him stand at the front desk talking the clerk there and he touched and moved the bottle of hand sanitizer and used the back of his hand to rub his face. Moments later he walked back into the diningroom and without using the bread tongs, rearranged the bagels in the bread case. Disgusting!!! He also had very bad body odor.

The front desk has the nicest people. They’re literally always someone available to help and made me feel safer. (They don’t close down after a certain time like other hotels. Check in was really fast. The pool was nice but the could use a little heat in the room (because the water is really cold lol) Beds were clean. Room was spacious. Pics online are actually accurate. Halls were cleaned daily. Its jus mins from Walmart Jewels and other stores. That was definitely a plus. I’m from Chicago and don’t know the area well so I want things close by. They don’t rush you out the door at check out and give you a little time to get yourself together. The breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage and waffles. Ofcourse cereal bagels and muffins. Microwave and mini Fridge in the room. Carpet is clean and linen is fresh. Nice sitting area outdoor. It’s been pretty nice out all week so that was cool. The price was the best online and it exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work guys. Will be back.
