Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club

For me this hotel ticks every box. Staff are fantastic - reception, conference room, restaurant and bar. Welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Service spot on. Food very tasty - good vegan options which has become very important to me in recent years. Guest rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Training rooms are of a high standard with good space for tutor and delegates.

My company picked Staverton Park for our first annual corporate golf day based on location and price. It could not have gone any better. Everything was so well organised including the weather. All the small details were taken care of and all 20 participants thoroughly enjoyed themselves so from both a personal and business perspective it was a fantastic success. We will be back

Just held our Annual golf weekend at Staverton Park for 16 golfers and was not disappointed at all. The hotel & golf club staff were all superb, very friendly, helpful and very approachable, We had mostly twin rooms & a couple of single rooms, all were clean, comfortable and spacious, only thing missing from the rooms is a fridge which could easily be placed under the desk. Food was great, we had buffet evening meals which were great, however I do think a more traditional carvery type buffet would suit our group more, the buffet breakfast was also very good, Bar prices are expensive but this is quite normal for Hotels like this, & being from Yorkshire we are used to paying cheap bar prices. Leisure facilities are great, not massive but very adequate. Golf course was in fantastic condition especially after the weather we have had this year, the greenkeeping staff do need commending for all the hard work thay have put in recently, The golf club house is quite big and again the staff were great although the choice of something to eat on our arrival on the Friday morning was very disappointing, choice of only bacon or sausage sandwich, which weren’t very nice, & are only served after 10am, which meant we were rushed as we were teeing off at 11.00am An highly recommended venue to hold a golf weekend, with a few improvements this could be even better. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding. Staff were great and hotel was lovely. Evening meal buffet had lots of choice and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms needs renewal, the view is literary MARVEL! The success of this hotel is the staff! Thanks to Crista, Breakfast Manager, a beautiful girl and beautiful smile. She was so quik to help with my gluten free bread and reali kind.

Rooms aren't the best. Definatley need to be decorated. The bath was disgusting. Carpets and curtains look like they have never been cleaned. Hotel main areas are very nice. Grounds well maintained. The app and whatsapp for room service is a waste of time. Buffet in the restaurant, this was not advised upon booking. There was no option to order a meal in the restaurant. Had a burger at the bar which was expensive and tasteless. Shame that such a beautiful hotel fails on the guest stay and experience.

Your organisation helped the event go very well; the meeting room was ideal. My bedroom was excellent: warm, cosy, modern and clean. Special mention must go to the chefs and other restaurant staff: the food was consistently above expectations.

Comfortable room, hotel changed to a twin on our request. Friendly staff.

Lady Captains weekend away 27th & 28th April with 38 of us attending. Day 1 challenging weather, Day 2 weather improved. Tina sorted an issue day 1, Igor great service at dinner and Sophie’s meticulous attention to detail was fantastic. Food, rooms and leisure all fabulous. Highly recommended
