We arrived and we're given keys to rooms. Both rooms were occupied, with other peoples stuff in them. We returned and we're given different rooms, neither of which were cleaned. Then we were told they didn't have rooms and we would have to go to a different property. We left and will dispute the charges with our credit card company. A bad experience and unacceptable treatment by the staff.

The water coming out of the pipes was dirty and yellow. Tried to fill the tub three times. And the water was still dirty. The refrigerator was rusting and pitted. The single mattress, was thin and had sharp springs in it. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. Upon entry I felt my shoes sticking to the floor. The room was so bad, i checked out a day early.

I woke to the feeling that something bit me a few times and assumed it was a spider. When I reached for my shoes to walk to cut on the lights I noticed a bug crawling in and out of my shoes I reported the incident to the front desk they also viewed the video that I recorded.When I returned home I had bug bites all over my arms,neck.and back.

I couldn't even tell where the front door was, I thought I was at the back of the building. The whole place smelled weird. It felt unclean from the moment I walked in. I'd rather spend more somewhere else than go back here.

Roaches covered the room. Did not stay and waiting for refund. No employees on site most of the time, including front desk.
