Stay Inn Oklahoma

Towels are completely unacceptable. Hard and rough, practically rips your skin off. Overall, the room seemed dirty and falling apart. A trim piece on the floor was sticking up and had to put a chair over it to keep from tripping, nails sticking out of wall at ankle height could catch on/scrape your foot.

Location was easy to find. Distance to downtown Davis was walkable. Staff was kind and courteous. Price was affordable. Check-in was a breeze.

Dated, air conditioner was noisy. Didn’t feel safe.

Filthy and run down. Visible dirt on floor. Unswept. Bugs flying out of sink drain. Towels tired. Tub rusty. Door trim falling off wall from door being previously kicked in. Unsafe. Trash in bathroom garbage pail. Beer can in ash tray outside my unit. Ashtray with 25 butts at office door. Had prepaid, so did not seek refund through property. Immediately left to find other lodging. I can't believe this property is in the Orbitz portfolio. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but I was expecting clean.

The reviews said 8.8 There were a pile cigarette butts on the porch by entrance food bowls?and trash on the check in counter .the place was empty but when we booked it said one room left. The room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoking. It was not clean and towels were in ragged shape. It was very different than the reviews

Rooms are very small and uncomfortable for 2 people to be in at the same time. Rooms are in bad shape and there was a gas smell from the heater. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. We stayed 1 night only because of the rooms but told no refund w/o 3-day notice. I booked the reservations over the phone and wasn't aware of a three-day notice. When talking to Brandy the next morning, I told her this and was told it's on our website and all hotels have a 3-5 day notice to get a refund on days paid for if you leave early. I make reservations weekly. There are some hotels that have such refund policies, but most do not. I was told I might be refunded the last night only. If you are not happy with a hotel and leave early, you should not have to pay for a poor experience. There is NO Way to give a 3-day notice.

If you are a Motel patron this was clean and quiet.

Very friendly and accommodating people. Will stay agian in the future.
