Nice hotel. Our room could be a little cleaner. Lot of hair and coffee spill on the carpets. You get free city public transportation ticket. Which was nice.

You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room window. The hotel is very warm. If you stay in winter, you can open the French windows a little when the room temperature is too high. The room is spacious, bright and clean, and the bedding is of good quality. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a big supermarket next door. It is quiet and not noisy.

When I checked into the hotel on November 12, a pre-authorized charge of 100 Swiss francs was deducted. It has been 2 months and it has not been refunded to the credit card. Ctrip has been trying to coordinate with no success. I don’t know when it will be resolved.... The service experience is extremely good. Difference

Everything was perfect, but 5 days to return the deposit is a bit excessive...

The Hilton Garden inn is well located. We have stayed there during our ski holidays. Rooms are good, staff is friendly. Breakfast is good as well. Adding fish to the selection would be a recommendation. There is also a ski room which is convient. The bus stop is in from of the hotel in both directions.

Great experience good location with easy access to transportation. Staff was beyond kind. Only complaint is the beds are not the comfiest! Also beware, people in the sauna don’t wear anything at all

It was lovely to choose Hilton Garden Inn Davos for our winter holiday. We chose this hotel for its great location and a convenient complementary shuttle to both Ski areas Parsenn and Jakobshorn. The rooms are stylish, designed in alpin style and the hotel sauna area offers everything you need after a day spent on ski slopes. We enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant as well and I would personally like to thank Aneta and Sabrina, who took the greatest care of us and Georgias who gave us a warm welcome every time we came. This hotel staff really pays attention to every detail. We will be definitely back!

We've spent our second consecutive Christmas and New Year's at this hotel. Just finished a three-week stay and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, rooms and facilities are clean, breakfast is good, and they have convenient amenities like a laundry room and ski room. Easy bus access to all mountains. Planning to book again next year.

This hotel is very nice. Employees are helpful and attentive, our room was very nice and came well equipped from the start which is added bonus at this price. Food and drinks very nice all round experience was good. This hotel is generally nice and is comes with good rates per night. Adequate for my stay. Recommended For Davos.

The hotel is in a good location, the value for money may be good for Switzerland, but is below average in an international comparison. We were particularly annoyed that the otherwise usual very friendly and courteous welcome here failed. The lady at reception gave us our room cards, mentioned where the room was and that was it. No reference to the Hilton status, no question about arrival, parking, etc. In addition, the Garden Inn lacked the "garden". Located directly on the main road, there is a seating area next to the entrance on the asphalt, but no flowers or plants. The Kongresshotel across the street and pretty much every other house on the street can do that much better. The room itself wasn't particularly large for a triple room, but had a large bathroom and a balcony (which unfortunately was difficult to access as the bed was directly in front of the balcony door). Breakfast was very good, fresh omelettes made to order, waiters were attentive and helpful. The tourist tax in Davos is remarkable in two respects. On the one hand, the amount of CHF 5.90 per person is record-breaking, on the other hand, it is already for people from 12 !!! years raised. Where is something like that? Oh yes, in Switzerland.

Rooms could do with a renovation; promised slippers never materialised.

This modern Hilton in Davos is a good place to stay. They have their own under ground car park which costs 18euro. Ask for a quiet room not facing the road and you will be pleased. Our twin bed room was comfy and had a balcony. The onsite restaurant was good but as it gets busy its best to reserve a table in advance. Lots to choose from at the buffet breakfast. A well run, professional, friendly hotel.

Top choice. Room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff welcoming and helpful. Couldn‘t ask for more. We were given a wonderful room at the top floor with a beautiful view of the valley. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Service was outstanding particularly after the stay when they found my laptop charger and promptly sent it to me, so I had it back only three days after checkout (with a Sunday in between). The only minor practical downside for car drivers is the ramp to the underground parking which is quite tight.
