Ich kann das Hard Rock Hotel Davos nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super zentral, man braucht nur einige Minuten von Davos Platz um hinzugelangen.
Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ( besonders Carla von der Rezeption) und auch die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant und der Bar. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig schmal geschnitten, die Terrasse sehr grosszügig und auf der Südseite, wir hatten tolle Sonne abbekommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche übrig.

ich war mit Freunden dort. Erhielten alle ein Upgrade, da wir früh buchten. Top Lage gleich bei der Promenade und einen Steinwurf vom Eisstadion Davos entfernt. Der Freund der zu spät buchte hatte das Zimmer Richtung Osten, das wegen des Icehockey Spiels und den feierenden Gästen bis in die Morgenstunden laut war. Es lohnt sich die Westseite zu buchen. Am 2. Abend wunderbar gegessen im Hard-Rock Hotel mit Liveband - fantastisch.

Many areas for improvements to keep the rating of 4stars. My room would require some renovations ( damaged furnitures); the underground way to get to spa is not very cozy and welcoming. Hotel seems to combine areas which are new and renovated (spa, dining area) and the spaces which would require the renovation ( rooms).

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und kommen immer wieder gerne. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die mit Balkon haben eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gross und hat für jeden etwas dabei. Im Rock Spa gibt es tolle Behandlungen und auch der Badebereich ist empfehlenswert.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine echte Enttäuschung. Das Rezeptionspersonal war extrem unfreundlich und abgehoben. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, bis zu meiner Abreise, fühlte ich mich unerwünscht und unwohl. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich ohne ein Lächeln oder freundliches Wort begrüßt. Als ich Fragen hatte oder Hilfe benötigte, wurden meine Anliegen vom Personal nur widerwillig und desinteressiert behandelt. Die Atmosphäre an der Rezeption war alles andere als einladend und gastfreundlich. Diese Erfahrung hat meinen gesamten Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt und ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Es ist enttäuschend, dass ein Hotel, das sich selbst als erstklassig bezeichnet, solch ein schlechtes Kundenservice-Erlebnis bietet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und rate jedem, der Wert auf freundlichen und professionellen Service legt, woanders zu übernachten.

Super schönes Hotel mit sensationellem Personal. Wir bekamen ein gratis upgrade und das spa war sehr einladend. Sehr reiches Frühstücksbuffet und Extras werden erfüllt (unsere selbst mitgebrachten pancakes für unseren Sohn wurde freundlich erwärmt)
