Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in einem doch schon etwas älteren Haus, das aber zweckmässig renoviert wurde. Tip tope neue Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Room was ok but service not adequate. they make you feel bad for asking for basic services like towels, heating or parking, rooms are equipped with superfluous high tech gadgets but plumbing is so bad. you hear everything. Feels like the place doesn’t care about guests’s wellbeing.

We stayed at this hotel for a trail running event and arrived late at night. The proprietor was welcoming and immediately friendly. They opened the breakfast especially early for the runners due to the event (5am instead of the usual 8am) and ensured a good variety of breakfast options. The rooms are large, clean and modern. Highly recommended

We liked the Dunk restaurant and its Fondue Chinoise version, which was very enjoying and tasty.
If the road is covered by snow and ice and you don't like to put chains on, it might be better to use the less steeper ascent via Obere Strasse (Ob. Str.), beginning at Hotel Belevedere.

Amazing stay at ArthausHOTEL. The staff is the friendliest I have seen in Switzerland. Breakfast is very nice and the room confortable. The Hotel is situated just next to Jakobshorn gondola and in the liveliest part of town between Restaurants & Bars.

The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel location couldn’t be better for us, the hotel is very charming and cozy, room is well designed and thoughtful, the heated towel rail and shoe tray were perfect for drying our gears after activities, i can tell the owners of the hotel love their place and it was really well taken care of!
