The service and catering are OK, and the location is good, close to the port and the theater

Because of the rent, it was extended for a few more days. Once you get to know the staff, their attitude will be much better. Someone was getting married when we stayed, so it was a little noisy, but otherwise it was okay.

✔️Location The hotel is located under the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The sea is right outside the door. The Opera House cannot be directly seen, but the bridge and water views are still good! ✔️Service The hotel is not big. When I checked in in February, the hotel was not full. I could check in directly at 10am twice in the morning. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was probably that the cleaning of the guest room was not careful enough. For example, the note written by the previous guest was not removed, the mineral water leaked and the mineral water was left out, the air intake of the hair dryer was damaged, etc. There is no big problem with other services, dinning in room It's open 24 hours a day. I ordered a Wagyu burger once after 11pm and it was delivered to the room in 20 minutes. Stayed for three consecutive nights and received two complimentary drinks at the bar on the first floor, with alcohol and soft drinks of your choice. ✔️After sales Check your bank card the next day after checking out and the deposit will arrive! Super fast!

The location is very good. It takes 40 minutes to walk from the hotel to the business district.

Room sound insulation is very poor
