I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Public transportation is not convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to tram, but it is very convenient to go for a walk. You can see the Sydney Opera House in 5 minutes' walk.

My trip to Sydney and stayed at Pier One Sydney Harbour was great and fantastic experience. One of the staff her name is Vy has done the an excellent job at the reception and check in and during stay was smooth and felt welcoming. Even there was some issues with the room or cleanliness issue. She had push her into guests shoes and sort out the problem immediately. The location of the hotel is prefect as you can see the Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge and tram rail just walked out the hotel door. The restaurant breakfast for cold dishes was good and hot dishes options need for improvement for more varieties of hot foods.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps to Sydney Harbour Bridge and a few steps to Sydney Opera House. The hotel facilities are relatively new and the service is good. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a little less. However, in terms of cost performance, this hotel is definitely better than many old five-star hotels nearby.
