Lovely old style hotel with amazing views over the city. Huge lobby and beautiful decor throughout including corridors and rooms.
The downsides were that the plumbing was very noisy even late at night and there was no car park (which is expected for a 4* hotel). They told me to go find a city car park. Apart from this, a wonderful place to stay.

C’est super on est arrivé tard le soir le parking n’est pas inclus on a pas pu profiter du spa ni de la piscine car c’était le checkout et il voulait pas nous donner accès même si on est arrivé vers 4 h du matin .. et parti à midi

Très bel hôtel sur Dax. Le spa est somptueux, la salle de restaurant ainsi que le hall également. Cependant les étages et les chambres sont un peu moins waouh et demande un petit rafraîchissement. La moquette au sol des chambres fait sale et peut être tachée. Le personnel est disponible et adorable. Le restaurant est très bon et le service impeccable notamment Ashven et son équipe. Le spa est vraiment top et spacieux. Attention au bar Hemingway qui n’est ouvert que quelques jours dans l’année ou pour des événements.
