隔音很差，每天早上都是被電梯口的嘈雜聲吵醒的，早上洗熱水澡，洗一半，熱水就沒了，吹頭髮，吹風機還把頭髮捲進去了……真的體驗感一言難盡……

這個酒店非常好，很乾凈。老闆提供免費香蕉，橘子，超級好吃。還提供壯族服飾可以拍照。房間日落景色也非常美。在天台可以看到遠處的山景，非常秀美。樓下出路口的新田園餐館菜很好吃，還有租車的也方便。走的時候還送了伴手禮。

房間衞生乾淨，大落地窗通透性很好，景觀也不錯。民宿的橘子很醜看着像壞的一樣但是很甜很好吃，民宿服務熱情，幫忙引導停車，大堂提供壯族服飾免費穿着拍照，非常令人驚喜的一家酒店。走路去坐觀光車也很近，很方便帶小朋友遊玩。唯一不足的一點就是衞生間沒有做乾濕分離。

優點:服務態度很好，店主會熱心提醒説晚上在明仕田園有篝火晚會，第二天幫我們叫了擺渡車，臨走還送了當地的特產當伴手禮，很用心，前台的水果也是隨便吃的。
不足: 確實設施比較老舊，洗手間沒有淋浴房導致每次洗完澡到處都是水。房間隔音比較差，走廊上有人説話聽的很清楚。衞生狀況很一般，可能生態比較好，房間裏有大蜘蛛。750一晚的價格不太值。但趕上五一也算正常。

房間比較大，衞生還不錯，性價比還是很高的。地理位置很好，出來就很多吃飯的地方，可以租小電驢到附近景點遊玩。店家很熱心，離開的時候還送小禮品。前台有免費的水果（橘子和香蕉）吃。
