Daxin Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is very nice and cosy. The staff mostly is awesome and very friendly. Excellent food at the restaurant and every evening there was a small special thing (bread, soup, etc…). Every evening there was an outdoor fire and cooking in a wood fired oven. The owner is very friendly and ready to help. Food and breakfast are excellent. No western food. For breakfast , there is good coffee available. It is possible to get bread and fried eggs on demand if you don’t like Chinese breakfast. Surroundings are great. You can borrow bikes from the hotel to go around through the rice fields and the mountains. Great place to use a drone if you have one. It was too cold for us but there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with an outstanding view. We visited the Detian water falls and the Gulongshan canyon. The hotel room is good in all aspects and the decoration is quite good. But the fly in the ointment is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There are electric cars but it is not easy to provide services. It is very noisy during construction. The free bamboo raft tour provided by the hotel is not bad.

The stay was very comfortable, the room was clean and hygienic, the boss was very enthusiastic, the boss introduced the surrounding play and routes in detail, very suitable for us to go out without a strategy, hehe! The street in front of the hotel is clean and tidy, there is free parking nearby, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the Detian Waterfall Scenic Area is too beautiful, there are few people at this time, and it is very beautiful to take a shot. The whole scenic spot is about half a day after playing. The time is not very long. You can play slowly and very comfortable!

There is its own parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, parking is convenient, the hotel is strategically located, close to the visitor center, convenient for eating and shopping around, and convenient for renting a battery car. The room facilities are complete and the front desk sister is very good. But the breakfast is relatively simple, and the barbecue stall downstairs is noisy at night.

With the current travel restrictions we were nervous we’d not be allowed into the province and the hotel staff were helpful getting us the information we needed to enter the county and final arrive at their hotel. We felt taken care of and they arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. They greeted us with smiles, the housekeeper left fruits and a nice hand written note, and the front desk did their best to make our stay a comfortable one. We were traveling with our toddler and the food options were delicious and affordable. We want to say thank you to Chen Kai for going out of his way to make us feel special and welcomed. He speaks English and made many great suggestions regarding travel, activities, and calling the hospitals to see where we could get our nucleic test. The space is surrounded my mountains and it’s green everywhere you look. You can take a boat ride along the river located just in front of the property. Currently there is construction on one side, they are expanding the facilities. The whole space is nice as worth a visit. We didn’t give a 5 for amenities because we felt it could have catered more to families.

Okay for a one night stay to see the waterfall. The lady in the coffee and tea shop down the road was so helpful and booked us a taxi to the bus station in Daxin. Her strawberry shakes were definitely worth a try too!
