Beachside Hotel - Daytona Beach - No Pool

We love this place, always so cute n clean. Very friendly staff and it's all around awesome. We feel so safe n comfy there. It's our 3rd stay with them n we will continue to choose them when we visit.

No hot water, no electric outlets working- only outlets were for lamps. No place to sit and eat cont breakfast, TV had a line down middle of screen.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it! Yes it is a older property and the pool is closed for repair and they make it clear that this is a family hotel and not a spring break hotel to behave loudly and act like they did in the movie Animal House lol! Be careful not to leave your room with dirty dishes and trash or smoke because they will charge you a cleaning fee. Behave yourself and clean up after yourself as you would in your own house and you will have a great time here. I had a king bed oceanfront room on the 2'nd floor and the view from the balcony was nice! Be sure to set your alarm clock so you can watch the sun come up in the morning if you have a oceanfront room. The bed and pillows were comfy and the TV was awesome! It had Roku with free access to over 400 channels and YouTube. You could spend an entire day just watching tv and drinking beer lol even though I don't recommend doing so when your on vacation at the beach! The room did have a small microwave and mini fridge which both worked nicely! The morning breakfast had a nice selection of grab and go items and coffee and juice, etc. There is a bus stop that will take you to the Ponce De Leon lighthouse which is the tallest in Florida. It takes about 15 minutes to get there. Just catch the southbound bus across the street and it will be the last stop. There is a nice waterfront restaurant there. There is a liquor store right across the street a few blocks away which has any drink beer, wine, liquor that you might need if you drink alcohol! I would definitely come back here! I really enjoyed everything about my stay here! Thanks!

Great place to stay. It is a smaller, older hotel than many on the ***** but an excellent choice. Clean, comfortable, great amenities. Best coffee ever!!

Great reception, both check in & out. Hurricane damage to pool & ocean deck, but Management has worked hard to paint & clean. Decent little breakfast with waffle maker & breakfast bars. This is a gem for the price & who uses pool in January??? I’ll be back cause room was clean & management cares

Great intimate hotel with large fridge, microwave and full oven. Seems like hurricanes have destroyed the front of the hotel and they have not repaired it yet. And the pool is damaged and dirty. Anyways, some parts of the whole beach shore, are like this.

Hallway smelled really bad. It is a beach motel so you get the beach weathered room. Bed and bathroom were nice, which to me is the most important.

The staff was super kind and accommodating to our very large group of 30! Great rooms, great service, great location. Right on the beach and in walking distance of a couple grocery and clothing stores as well as some good restaurants. Highly recommend!
