酒店有幾年了，設施稍老了一點，但是維護保養不錯，環境好，服務規範周到，總機小容有問勤答，達州留宿的好地方。

朋友聚會訂的房間，説實話感覺整個酒店很大氣，周圍的園林綠化也很好，停車很方便。👍剛到酒店，時間還早順便去逛了一下旁邊的蓮花湖濕地公園，確實不愧是網紅打卡地😄回到酒店房間居然還有驚喜等着我！看到服務員留下的美好祝福，感覺很温暖，有一種回家的感覺！整體感覺很不錯！夜景很美！首推他們的服務做得很好，無論我走到哪兒，服務員都很熱情有禮貌，並且主動詢問我的需要，這個值得點贊！👍有機會還會再去的！還會推薦給我的朋友們😄😄

完美的住宿體驗，超值的選擇，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從房間到設施，從服務到交通，都讓我覺得非常滿意。房間非常的寬敞明亮，床品很舒適，讓我有一個優質的休息環境。酒店的設施也都很齊全，包括健身房、游泳池等，讓我閑暇時光也得到了充分的放鬆。服務熱情耐心的解答問詢，周邊有蓮花湖和運動公園景點，晚上和朋友一起出去散散步，吹吹風，非常愜意。這裡是一個非常理想的下榻之地，另外地理位置也很好，強烈推薦這家酒店。

位置好，離火車站很近，周邊風景很好，吃喝玩樂很方便，酒店有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐特別的好，房間還送了水果點心，酒店裝修風格很符合我的審美，比較大氣，性價比也是很高，房間大堂衞生都是特別乾淨整潔，樓層大姐很有禮貌都會熱情的問好，值得一提的是晚上廣場上有音樂噴泉，看夜景很不錯。

近日，我入住達州鳳凰酒店，但整體體驗卻讓我大失所望。
首先，早餐費用的問題令人不解。酒店的價格本就不低，但在結賬時，我發現自己被額外收取了早餐費用。詢問前台後，才得知是因為早餐時間外用餐被誤收費用。這種亂收費的現象不僅讓我對酒店的財務管理產生質疑，更讓我對酒店的誠信度大打折扣。
其次，酒店的服務態度也令人失望。無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都顯得不夠熱情和專業。在前台辦理入住時，工作人員對於我的詢問顯得不耐煩，甚至有時會出現態度冷淡的情況。
