The hotel is very nice, the service, the attention of the staff, the worst thing is that being such a large and prestigious hotel, it seems incredible that it does not have wifi in its rooms, I needed to do some work and I had to stay until dawn in front of reception, where at certain times they turned off all the lights, it was the worst part of my trip to Morocco and staying in several hotels, they do not have internet access, I was in room 2722 and it was horrible

Terrible experience. I payed quite a lot for a filthy room . They gave me an old room at the check-in, I went to my room and I got stuck in and I got a claustrophobic attack , they changed my room with a room provided of electronic key card , the room was smelly, strong smell of cigarettes, and soooooo dirty . I couldn’t sleep till 23.35 as they had a party at the bar with ridiculously high music , so loud that also the reception said they couldn’t hear anything due to the music being too loud. I slept 1h 30 min in total as I had an early departure , I didn’t eat the breakfast included but I told them in advance I only wanted to sleep and that didn’t happened. I’m gonna repeat it again very filthy room very dirty

Mr.Abdelghani .chambre 442 vue mer..prix du séjour (1660 E +250 chambre vue mer ) et tout ça pour passer 15 de calcaire supporter trop de bruit. Des claquement de portes des clients complètement bourré coupure d eau plusieurs fois. J était à la réception j était très mal accueilli pour un changement de chambre j ai reçu un NON je dis peut-être demain réponse NON .autre problème de la chambre 442 est communiquante faite pour famille nombreuses. pour nous c était des vacances ratés malgré notre fidélité de plusieurs années.

Aucune politique de fidélité vis à vis de la clientèle locale, après avoir passé 4 nuitées audit hôtel,les services de réservation ont refusé de prolonger une nuitée, sachant que j ai visité cet hôtel plus de 3 fois y compris durant la période de covide. Hôtel agréable avec des équipes à la piscine et restaurant très accueillant,les installations sont récentes et bien entretenues,les chambres propres et refaites chaque matin,les femmes de ménage très agréable. La restauration et le personnel au top,un grand merci à Ahmed et toutes sont équipe pour leurs gentillesse et un sourire permanent,je recommande cette établissement.

The staff are friendly especially Abdullah at reception and Sayeed, who was responsible for Guest relations and entertainment. The evenings are never boring, with various music and entertainment every night. The entertainment bar could do with extra staff to cope with demand during busy times.

The food very good and a variety of the activities that the staff ofer you(Toto and Jaguar the best entertainment team)... every evening a different program offered at the bar... quality services offered and all staff members very hospitable... worth a try
