The owners a homophobic I booked a room and he refused my payment and refused to give the hotel room.

No one there to check me in. A sign said they would be back soon. I waited about 5 minutes and left . I came back almost an hour later and there was a lobby full of people waiting to check in. Still no one to check us in. One man was on the phone with someone letting them know that there wasn't anyone there to check us all in. About 10 minutes later the employee walks through the door carrying a bag with take out containers in it. The man that was on the phone told the guy that we all should get free night stay and asked the employee how we would be compensated for our wait. The employee stood up from his chair, and challenged the guy to a fight as he was walking around to come in the lobby. The guys wife said we are not staying here now
And the whole family left.

The room was filthy there was cockroaches crawling on the wall The lock on the door was broken looked like the door had been kicked in several times front desk was never available when I went down to talk to them electrical outlet by the air conditioner has a shorts or something cuz it sparks every time I turn the heater on so I froze I will never stay at the hotel ever again nor will I suggest anyone stay there that place should be abandoned condemned couldn't even eat the breakfast cuz the cockroaches crawling around it's ridiculous.

For the price it was a great stay clean room nice staff and great if not playing to use hot tub it didn’t work properly but The pool was nice and warm and pool are was a little old.

The hotel appeared to be rundown and noticeable, mold and caulking and rust by pipes. Toilet only flushed if you held it down and the whirlpool was not functioning the water was hot but the pump would come on for about 10 seconds and then go off again. I had an expectation of at least some hot items on the continental breakfast, unless I toasted an English muffin, there was nothing hot, the hotel was very noisy after nine with door .
