Helaas konden mijn ouders niet gaan doordat mijn vader onverwachts na het ziekenhuis moest. Verzetten kon niet, 1 nacht betaald en van 3 geld terug gekregen. Jammer, maar toch blij dat we dit hebben terug gekregen. Het was immers de ochtend van tevoren.
In het verleden vaak geweest, fijn hotel met goede ligging. Door de duinen zo het prachtige strand op. Leuke wandeling en daarnaast ook dicht bij het dorp en bushalte om de hoek.

Fijne belevenis, even weg uit de drukte van elke dag. Een warm welkom bij de receptie. Vriendelijke begroeting. Keurig verzorgde kamer met een mooi uitzicht over de duinen en het strand. Prima ontbijt en keurige bediening. Altijd even aardig en vriendelijk. Service bewust personeel. Kortom een echte aanrader om te verblijven. Dichtbij het strand en de winkelstraat van de Koog. We hebben genoten!

Dit hotel ligt perfect in de duinen, op loopafstand van het strand en ook loopafstand van het dorp. Jammer dat wij ontvangen werden door een onvriendelijke en ongeïnteresseerde receptioniste. De kamer was gelukkig prima en ruim. Bij het diner een correcte en vriendelijke serveerster. Het voorgerecht viel wat tegen, de heerlijke lamsham viel in het niet bij allerlei andere dingen op het bord. Wat puurder was beter geweest. Het zadellam als hoofdgerecht was prima bereid, helaas was het garnituur niet bijzonder. Nagerecht was erg goed, evenals de wijn. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd. Helaas bij het uitchecken weer de onvriendelijke receptioniste. Dit hotel kan met een paar kleine verbeteringen veel en veel beter worden.
