I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool.
The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach.
The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋.
The massages were super relaxing.
Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

гостиница высшего класса все очень чисто и эстетично. разнообразия блюд великолепный сервис отличное обслуживание номеров. очень приятный обслуживающий персонал дружелюбные и внимательные. пляж прилегающий в доль гостиницы очень удобно и чистый комфортно. хочу отметить что пляж очень есть щведский стол большой выбор нэа любой вкус и предпочтение блюд

Доверились рейтингу отеля и получили огромное разочарование. Отель ужасно старый и запущенный, все разваливается. Криво подкрашенные стены это весь ремонт за последние лет 40. Вонючие старые ковролины в коридорах, местами дырявые. Полы в номере грязные, в лампе ванной комнате засохшие мухи, а раздвижная дверь в туалет не работала, пристыла ржавчиной. В 8.00 утра стучит пылесосом в дверь номера при уборке коридора. Спа зона грязная, на бортиках бассейна жир, похоже что соленую воду в нем не меняют никогда. Сауна разбитая и закрывается все это в 16.00. Работник спа ходит и орет на пожилых людей чтобы те немедленно выметались. Продолжать можно бесконечно, мы давно не испытывали такого чувства досады. Из плюсов это первая линия с видом на море и вкусная еда в ресторане. На этом всё. Не рекомендуем даже приближаться к этому сараю.

This is a big hotel , perfect location on the Dead Sea beach . Rooms are good size , great sea view, comfortable bead , clean , all amenities, but will need some renovation like the hotel as a whole. Very good breakfast and dinner with lots of variety, well cooked and very tasty. Private beach , very nice and clean . Outdoor beautiful swimming pool, indoor hot Dead Sea water as well as nice Spa , saunas, jacuzzi. Very recommended, only will have to go through a total renovation in the coming years .

In November 2022, the desk receptionist was personable. Also, there was mud in each room and the room air conditioners worked all the time. Last week, it was on Day 2 that a technician explained that they automatically shut off when the door opens/closes. Surprise innovation? In extreme heat, our room was very hot upon our return from various activities.
Also, we were required to purchase mud from a retailer on Level 1-, who tried to push products on us (guaranteed to make me look young again!!!) and became annoying each time we passed her store.
However, I certainly would return to Herod's. It's first rate - and Adam, a receptionist, was outstanding.

Приехала в Эродс ,гостиница очень чистая ,уютная,очень приветливый персонал, все улыбаются, персонал на высшем уровне, горничные, афицанты и все кто связан с обслуживанием. Всем спасибо. Очень понравилось, обязательно приедем ещё, всем советую, не пожалеете. В гостинице имеется уютный спа,свой пляж 🌴, шикарная столовая, бар,комната для детей. Везде работают люди с душой и улыбкой, с любовью и от чистого сердца.
