We visited this terrible hotel , they give us a room looks like a prison , not as it looks like in the picture , we told them that we requstes a room with balcony and we paid for that not a room in prison , they said give us 5 minutes we will try to give another room we wated two hours after that they told us we have another room without balcony, we agreed but requested the extra money that we paid for balcony back they said you won’t get your money back! Then after that we left the hotel we bouth a tent and stayed for 1 night and we left the next day! A terrible hotel, not recommended at all

The receptionist lital Cohen was amazing, accommodating, received our room quickly. Started our stay with her big smile. The manager chagit Msil. חגית מסיל( super helpful and told me anything I should need please come to her!! Took my son and his newly married wife with my wife and I. They couldn't believe how nice the hotel is. Spa is spacious, pool is nice size, can even do laps in the pool. Rooms are so clean ,smell so nice, beds are very comfortable. Lobby is really nice. This is my 3rd time coming to this hotel.highly recommend Bathroom are clean and large

Fantastic rooms!! Great view. Staff were good. They offer many services. We were in a group and the dining experiences here (professional chef's) were amazing. Huge hotel! Close to shops. A few hallways had a funky smell. Property well maintained and groomed. Easy walk to the sea!

It possible that most guests in this hotel dont notice or dont about the faults and therefore dont complain..so management doesn't realise how downtrodden this potentially once grand hotel is. This price is for what you get outrageous. But still its full!!! My pictures show the damage everywhere and the poor maintenance. It really felt like noone cared. Not the staff, not the management and certainly not the hundreds of guests. But for us this was not a positive hospitality experience. At the very least we'd expect a clean room - it honestly felt like the 5th floor suite we had, had not been used in years and had been opened for us due to this being peak season with full occupancy. As can be seen from my pictures, there's dirty walls, loose door handles, faulty plug sockets, dirty balcony furniture, filthy pool bar tables at 9am +++ Its really hard to find anything good to say about this hotel. Why don't management see fit to oversee room cleaning? Or just to walk the corridors to actually see the threadbare carpets with crumbs and shoes strewn around. Its really disappointing to write this but I think its important for future guests to know.

As we were walking toward the superior room the hallway was smelling very bad . The room is very old . I took a look into the stairs and I found obstacles and dirt (it's a safety issue). At the pool two different groups put loud music and no one from the hotel staff told them to stop. Same group put loud music again in the lobby and again no one from the hotel stop it. We wanted to take towels and go to the dead sea but we had to wait for 15 minutes until a new set of towels came from laundry . My daughter (6 years old) enjoyed the stay . Staff was nice and helpfull.

No comments

This hotel is situated at the south end of the Dead Sea hotels. Although it is not right on the beach, it is close enough for a short walk, and there is a regular shuttle as well. The hotel sports a nice pool and excellent food, together with nice amenities. At the same time, certain parts of the hotel are showing their age and clearly need renovation. The downstairs hall, for example, had water leaking from its ceiling during our stay, with some tiles even falling down to the floor due to the damage. Some of the common spaces had a rundown look to them (although others had clearly been renovated). My greatest problems, however, came about when I tried to get a receipt for my stay. On my checkout day, I was told that it would arrive via email, but I never received it. Reaching the hotel to talk to someone human about this proved to be a monumental effort, as they didn't answer Internet messages and their phone systems would either close my call (after a *long* wait) or send me to a closed office. Indeed, I'm still waiting for a receipt, which I need for reimbursement purposes.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. DIRTY!!! 0 Maintenance!!! Everything in the room is outdated or broken except the toilet that looks new. No A/C in the corridors when it is over 100F outside. Broken bed, ripped bedsheets, dirty floor in the room and dirty carpet outside. Had a room with connecting door, on our side the lock was flimsy and the door barely closed and other room side did not have a lock at all, we could open the door and enter next door room. Next door guests smoked in the room and all smoke came into our room from the broken connecting door. When asked guest services for help we got the answer to close the connecting door properly…. Dinner was decent and breakfast ok. Bottom line: STAY AWAY, WASTE OF MONEY!!! Shame on you FATAL HOTELS.
