Hotel service was terrible. Room service request were extremely long, and workers made you feel like they were doing you a favor. . Additionally both rooms we booked, the AC did not worm and we had to wait 1=hours for it to get fixed

When we first arrived we ran into an issue with an aggressive parking attendant. After speaking with the management about the issue they were very concerned and very quickly and contentiously dealt with the situation. I appreciated their quick and measured response.

They have the most unbelievable beach in the Dead Sea area . for sure the best one and great accessibility. The food is amazing. Cons they don’t have a store in the hotel and no food after dinner or during the day (besides meals)

Alles in Ein Bokek is duur, dus vergelijk dit niet met een “normaal” hotel van 300 euro want dan valt het tegen. Alles was ‘okay’ behalve de parkeerplekken (parkeerplaats is heel klein en continu vol), en het strand (om vier uur al dicht terwijl overal tot vijf uur was aangegeven). Spa zat goed vol. Personeel is niet bijzonder vriendelijk maar wel efficient. Kamer is okay qua grootte en wel netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was top

They closed the pool and took away beach chairs at 5 pm! Were very rude about it too. No place to spend time in the evening. Only buffet option for food and it's pretty gross for a lot of money
