Overall great experience, very clean, and welcoming staff. One of the best holiday inn that I've ever been to. Parking was a little tough to navigate though.

Don’t count on check in going smooth. Had to stand in line 3 times to finally get 2 of our 3 rooms an hour after check in time and another 40 minutes for the last of the rooms. Front desk staff is not super professional. Saying they will check on things for you and never responding. And when following up they decided not to do anything as “they did their best.” Won’t be going back.

Customer service is severely lacking in your front desk team. The friendliest one I encountered, was on grave yard shift. We were given no direction to our room. Once we got in there, there was hair in the bathroom, the outlets were coming out of the wall. We had a sign on our door asking for quiet (dnd), they came into our room?? Was not impressed. We were also woken up by a call from the front desk staff at 8:00 am.

Would like the hotel to make better access to smoking guests. Had to go through two elevators , all the way through the ****** to go outside.
I appreciate the no smoking facility, but making outdoor patios or something would be so nice- especially since most guests are in deadwood to enjoy ********, drinking and entertainment.

We had the best time! Staff is so friendly, very clean, and super close to downtown Deadwood! We will be back to stay!
