Loved it 😁. Celebrated our 45th Anniversary...didn't get one of their most expensive rooms.. still very clean/ comfortable/quiet/ and a real trip back in time! If you are a history buff, it's perfect. Great care has been taken to be authentic, built in 1878-1899. Breakfasts are served on full period-accurate silver trays with typical serving technique of the 1800's..food is excellent. Won't break your budget, located in the Historical area of Deadwood..lovely refurbished Victorian neighborhood

The room was perfect, we were greeted by deer grazing outside the windows when we arrived. The owners are awesome and very knowledgable about the area, even gave us tips of things to do during our stay. The homemade breakfast was amazing, we will definatly make this our go to stay anytime we visit, thank you for making our trip a memorable one!!!!

This is a very cute property close enough to downtown deadwood to allow you to enjoy all that Deadwood has to offer while still staying in a charming place. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the breakfasts were uniformly amazing! Could not recommend it more!

The 1899 Inn in Deadwood was an awesome little place. I stayed there recently in one of their 2 BR cottages with my cousin and another friend while we rode our bicycles across the USA. The Inn is convenient to historic downtown Deadwood and the start of the Mickelson Bicycle Trail. I can’t recommend the 1899 Inn enough. It is a beautiful, low key relaxing place with charming owners.

Absolutely Stunning & the Place to be in Deadwood
I wish that I would have taken more pictures because as a part time history buff, I loved this place. We don't usually "bed n breakfast" but I was overwhelmed with the generosity of the owners and the loveliness of their home. They have certainly put their own hearts into this wonderful BnB. Keep up the great work!
