The staff made us feel very welcome and the service at our meal for 13 was great with an excellent menu choice. Well done to Elgon and Dev we have all really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel rooms are very clean and well stocked given us a good nights sleep.

This was a single night stay and was a last minute overnight stay idea for my partner and I. Its a lovely hotel, in between Buckingham and Milton Keynes, I have passed it many times but never knew it was here due to it being off the main road and down a country lane. The rooms are laid out in a US motel style and you can park directly outside your room. The room was very clean and modern and the WiFi was good. The breakfast was also of a high standard. I would definitely be happy to stay again.

Stayed 1 night over 2 days for a work meeting. There were 11 of us in total - surroundings were very peaceful and tranquil. We were lucky with the weather sunny bith days. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Although you need to get used to the American motel style rooms, entrance to each room stepped directly outside. Restaurant and bar area really nice. Meeting facilities were good- however the buffet lunch was slightly small on the first day, we increased the variety on the second day. Dinner was reasonable with well cooked food, only complaint was asked for steak to be mediun rare it was more medium to well done. Overall good facilities and will certainly look to return for any future work meetings.

Reception and room very nice and easily accessible, unfortunately the room was extremely cold and the small electric heater wasn’t any good, in the summer would be lovely

Driving up to the hotel, the road is in need of some TLC, but take it slow and it is well worth the bumpy ride. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with some nice touches, biscuits, water and some toiletries. The food in the very nice bar/restaurant is excellent and extremely well priced. There is a well equipped gym with sauna and steam room, and for me the best part is the driving range with toptracer, also reasonably priced with some options for food and drink at discounted prices. The only thing is that on some websites it states a 9 hole golf course, which there is not. Overall though, a very pleasant place with friendly and helpful staff, i have already booked again for future business trips and am looking forward to the stay.

I would say that the hotel has goods and bad parts. For one it looks nothing like the pictures on the site when you drive up. The road leading to the hotel was pot holed and neglected Suggesting it as a country club is going to lead to disappointment when you arrive on the drive from the main road and see the hotel. The food was dinner/ breakfast was very good and the room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. The gym was very big and spacious but no towels etc and i found the lack of signage for the lobby etc and restaurant from outside really annoying - In all i think the hotel was missing out on some key things which could be improved on.
