The room was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Not one trash can in the entire room. Not the bathroom or the kitchenette. No utensils, no dishes, holes in the walls, it was the WORST. However, the young lady that checked us in was amazing. She was kind and knowledgeable and was the ONLY positive aspect of our stay!!!

Located on Town Center Dr. in Dearborn, Michigan, with easy access to highways, a short drive to Detroit, near the mall, and other shopping options. The facility is fairly dated, fairly maintained. Our room showed its age, with some of the light fixtures malfunctioning (under the dining table, the bedside table by the window), the curtain covering the closet was half-off the railing (I partially fixed it). The bed has seen better days, a loud noise could be heard when one gets up. The regular internet was painfully slow. The room had an odor that no amount of aeration or spraying could alleviate. You get what you pay for.

Upon arrival Amanda at the front desk greeted and welcomed me and checked me in speedily. I had trouble opening the door to my room (i was turning the handle the wrong way) and when I informed her she came up immediately and showed me how to turn the handle and she maintained a smile and a friendly demeanor the whole time. Amanda has excellent customer service skills. She is an asset to your business!

Hotel is conveniently located off the southfield freeway. Soon as we entered the lobby we were immediately were greeted by the manager. once we told him where we where going he instructed us the best place to park downtown & where to dine. His recommendations were right on the money. This hotel cause use an update but its kept up very well. The hk staff does a good job.

Kitchenette in each room, full size microwave, full size fridge, and stove top burners. Definitely was great added extra. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in a nice area. Great location right off 75. Only 12 min from Downtown. Also a mall next door.

only 10 mins from downtown, you get to avoid the traffic & parking prices. The staff was very courteous & was very helpful in navigating around the city. Each room has a kitchenette & the room was clean. On site laundry, exercise room, & free breakfast are a plus.

Great experiece the first time so i returned. As before the Rooms were clean & bed was comfy . The staff is another reason I return. The front desk staff especially. Hotel is in a good area. This is the best place to stay if going to downtown Detroit. way cheaper then staying downtown. Each room has kitchenette another plus!

Upstairs room all night walking around and sounds loud, we heard sounds from rooms around us and upstairs all night not good installations. Breakfast is terrible outside park lot is very dirty.
