The Henry is my home away from home, and I love the great rooms and views of the sunrise, but my favorite aspect of The Henry is the staff. The rooms have been upgraded to have beautiful new wood floors and furniture, and the bathrooms are gorgeous and contemporary. However, the main attraction for me are people like Valencia, Danielle, and Retania who welcome me like I am a close friend or family member who they haven’t seen for years. I look forward to seeing them every time I visit, and I will change my travel schedule if rooms aren’t available at The Henry because a Dearborn visit would not feel right without seeing the crew.

I travel often and have stayed in to many hotels to remember. But this one has to be in the top 1 percent of excellence. Extremely clean and well maintained, even to my standards as I pay attention to details. I mean, the floors were clean and shiny even in the tight of a corner. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a delightful experience here. This property is the former Ritz, so I wasn't surprised at how comfortable my suite was and the elegant property decor. I was, however, blown away by how friendly and helpful EVERYONE was - from the front desk to the busser in the restaurant! I also enjoyed the artwork displayed throughout the property. The only dissapointment was that this property did not have an open Concierge Lounge. Other than that, I cannot wait to stay here again!

2-night stay for a business conference. Staff was friendly and professional, food was very good, and rooms were large and comfortable. A solid choice for business needs in Dearborn.

Rude and careless front desk staff. They locked rooms after one day for reservation held for two days. Hotel does not offer in room dining in the morning. Restaurant service was good. Management needs to find better staff.

Beautiful hotel. The customer service was poor. I had booked a King bed, my reservation said a King bed, and when I asked about it, I was basically told that I would have to take it up with ******* (who I had booked through). When I called *******, they too had me as a reservation for a King bed. Instead I was in a room with 2 double beds for a romantic evening away.... it was the worst hotel experience, because the hotel didn't seem to care that I had booked a different room.
