First time .. nice hotel, friendly staff and great location

If it weren't for the fact that my mother-in-law had died and there was many of us that come in for the funeral. I would have left and never ever came back the front desk staff is rude unprofessional. In the hotel itself is filthy. Housekeeping comes in every other day if you're lucky. I can guarantee you one thing I will never come back and I will warn people up this place. Which is very disappointing because it's attached to the Marriott brand which my mother worked there for 30 years as the general manager of food and beverage at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. I cannot express to you how filthy not just dirty filthy the baseboards have a layer of dust a quarter of an inch thick. I just there's not enough room here to list everything that's wrong with this hotel. We're also horrid. But thanks for asking

The overall stay was good although none of the televisions (3) worked in room 137.

We had an issue with our first room but we were immediately accommodated into a new room. It was very clean and well kept. Comfortable!
