This room was awful!! The light was out, dirty windows, dirty old chair, ripped shower curtain, and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Room 316 needs maintenance and cleaning.

Elevator was not working. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was oatmeal and beagle.

We were put in an adjoining room despite not booking one and the people in the next room were very loud all night which was easily heard through the thin adjoining door. We were told on the booking that there would be breakfast but there was none. The pool was okay, but not very clean and there were no towels. When I asked for more towels they told me no. Over all, not a pleasant experience. The staff were overall nice, but the patrons were not.

The stay was good floor was uneven up on the 4th floor also should update the breakfast area seating.

The best sleep I have gotten was here, it was nice. the room was very clean & I had a great time in the jacuzzi room. Definitely would recommend! The staff was very friendly also took care of me fast and the breakfast was good also! Go get y’all a room!

Problem with noise above room 103 for 3 nights. First night the receptionist ignored our request. Second night the issue was not solved until Amir relocated the family in 203 to another room. Lady reception let coffee cream run out, would not get more even though new arrivals were coming in. Finally our room was not cleaned during out 5 day stay
