Issue with room booked but sorted by purchasing an upgrade
Cleanliness is not at its best dirty curtains worn towels stained chair coverings.
Public areas very worn broken door handles
Swimming pool is very good but does not open until 9am
Staff polite and speak several languages including English

Currently at the hotel and we’ve been without water now for over 24 hours due to a fault in their pipes. No toilets, no shower, no pool. Their solution is to hand out bottles of water. We would have left yesterday and booked another local hotel except we were told in the morning that the water would be on by 3pm, then after 3pm we were told it would be on by this morning, now we’re hearing it will be on by midday. We’re only here for a short stay and this has ruined our break. Very poor for an establishment which claims to be 5* not to have a plan B for something as important as water for their guests. Avoid!

Nice stay with family
We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.

Pro: Big rooms and clean. Great pool! Con: Our AC didn’t work well. Thin walls. Place is a maze. The check in person was rude and not interested in helping us understand how to get to our room. Even told us incorrect elevator info. Tip: Leave your bags in the lobby and find your room first.

Nice and spacey apartment
Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.
