Hôtel très bien placé on peut tout faire à pied, très bon accueil, stationnement gratuit dans les rues aux alentours. La literie et la salle de bains étaient bien. On était côté rue et l'isolation était bonne. Le petit plus est la présence du frigo
La décoration est passée et l aménagement de la chambre serait à revoir (le frigo est tout simplement posé par terre) une bouilloire serait appréciable. Ainsi qu une poignée au niveau de la baignoire sabot. Le parquet au dessus de nous grince Mais c’est la structure de l hôtel qui veut cela. Le Check out a 12h est top

Hotel Le Chantilly is an old hotel situated near the racecourse and town centre. Parking at side street was free. A warm welcome on arrival ,would be a struggle if mobility issues as stairs only. Rooms Room was basic but clean. Shower/bath was very difficult as old fashioned sit down bath. Breakfast in the morning was ok not a great deal of choice but enough to see you through the morning.

très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ..... cet hôtel est très bien placé en centre ville ,proche de la plage .tout est accessible à pied .Chambre spacieuse et très confortable ,accueil très agréable ,personnel souriant et relations au top Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits ,nous avons effectué un petit oubli dans cet hôtel qui nous a gracieusement renvoyé ce que nous avions oublié . Vraiment très professionnel et commercial . Un grand merci à eux pour toutes ces qualités devenues très rares à notre époque .

Hôtel juste idéalement situé on peut tout faire à pieds. Hôtel plein de charme décoré avec goût. Que ce soit la dame à l'accueil ou le monsieur ils sont adorables, souriants et accueillants. Petit déjeuner au top avec des produits régionaux un vrai régal. De plus si vous venez en voiture l'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la zone non payante pour se garer . Bref une expérience au top un super rapport qualité prix vu les prestations proposées et la qualité de service je recommande vivement. Franchement ne changez rien l'hôtel le Chantilly c'était parfait.

The hotel is in a great location, is very nice and offers a very good value for its price. But the most important that makes the stay so nice is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that always welcomes you.

Hôtel agréable proche de la gare, du centre et de la plage. Tous les membres du personnel sont aux petits soins pour que le client soit satisfait. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits frais et locaux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

This is a little gem of French charm. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and is extremely gracious and accommodating (he speaks English also). Our room was spacious with a huge bathtub (rarely do you see in France). The towels and bedding were like those of a 4 star hotel. This is a renovated older building so the stairs are quite narrow. However, the owner kindly navigated my huge suitcase for me which I greatly appreciated. Deauville is charming and Le Chantilly adds to the charm. Highly recommend. Karen W.
