5/5 ⭐️ the reception staff are attentive and warm. We were won over by Théo who was able to respond to all of our requests during our stay with friends. The place is fantastic and in the evening a pianist plays during the aperitif. It was sumptuous! The rooms are very well equipped, the spa area is very pleasant. Little bathrobes and slippers even for our daughters, we loved the eye club. Many thanks for organizing this egg hunt on the beach for the children, they were very spoiled for Easter. Looking forward to coming back to see you, and strolling through this pretty town that is Deauville.

For us, the best hotel in Deauville. Large rooms with balcony and sea view. Very warm welcome and lots of staff for years. Excellent service from the reception team and concierge. Everything is perfectly organized and the restaurants are booked before arrival. E-bikes are new and free. Very centrally located to the beach, the surrounding shops and restaurants. The Royal restaurant in the hotel is also recommended. A real grand hotel. We would love to come back.

This is a very nice hotel, just across the large Deauville beach. Room was big enough, big bathroom in superb condition and very clean. Excellent breakfast. Rooms could be a bit in better shape, given that this is a 5 star hotel. And room service could have been more focused in details: for instance, a seagull left a little "present" in one of our windows, and 2 or 3 full days passed without the room service cleaning it. But overall, a very nice option for this charming town.

A perfect family vacation, with a real kid’s club who took care of our 4-year-old daughter with special attention adapted to Halloween. The friendly staff, the quality of service and the ideal location in Deauville also contributed to making this stay a pure joy. Special mention to breakfast which is equivalent to brunch.
