En face de la plage il suffit de marcher une à deux minutes pour profiter de La mer Il représente pour moi et sans exagérer la perfection a la française que ça soit au niveau du service ou autres ... Sur ce je recommande vivement cette hôtel atypique

Much nicer than the le Normandy a grander feeling hotel with large corridors and a massive reception area Food in the bar is great had the steak which was massive and tender but you do get watched and joked about by the young immature bar staff which is amusing Breakfast is great with a vast selection Recommend getting and upgraded bathroom room as the older ones are grotty but the new renovated ones are lovely and very spacious and we had a sea view which was lovely to watch horses on the beach ! Only down side no air con so very warm it was 17-18 outside yet heating was blasting in corridors and at breakfast I was sweating buckets lol

5/5 ⭐️ le personnel de l’accueil est à l’écoute et chaleureux. Nous avons été conquise par Théo qui a su répondre à l’ensemble de nos demandes pendant notre séjour entre copines. Le lieu est fantastique et le soir un pianiste joue le temps de l’apéritif. C’était somptueux ! Les chambres sont très bien équipées, la partie spa est très agréable. Petits peignoirs chaussons même pour nos filles, on a adoré le club d’œil. Un grand merci pour l’organisation de cette chasse aux œufs sur la plage pour les enfants, ils ont été très gâtés pour Pâques. Hâte de revenir vous voir, et de flâner dans cette jolie ville qu est Deauville.

Für uns das beste Hotel in Deauville. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und seit Jahren viel Sta***ersonal. Hervorragender Service vom Team an der Rezeption und Concierges. Alles ist perfekt organisiert und die Restaurants vor Ankunft gebucht. E-Bikes sind neuwertig und gratis. Sehr zentral gelegen zum Strand, zu den umliegenden Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Restaurant Royal im Hotel ist auch empfehlenswert. Ein echtes Grandhotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel hôtel de 1913. Chambre confortable et bien insonorisée. Plusieurs détails à améliorer : - 2 serviettes de tailles différentes dans la chambre pour une occupation de 2 personnes - mitigeur de la douche défaillant, passage du chaud au froid très brutal - petit déjeuner sans plus, produits industriels, pas de choix des œufs - les bagages sont en entreposés dans le couloir, ouverts à tous les vents et passages. Cela n’est pas acceptable, Personnel très souriant et attentionné, bon dîner et belle carte du bar l’étrier.

Décus.... nous n'avons pas senti l'ambiance d'avant / C'est une impression d''ancien"/ L'ensemble ( je parle de l'intérieur) a besoin de rajeunissement / Peut-être la saison hivernale y est -elle pour quelque chose mais tout l'ensemble nous a semblé bien vide... A revoir au printemps.
