Overall, the stay at this hotel was fine. However, some areas of the hotel, specifically the pool and hot-tub, were not clean. The biggest issue my family experienced was that we were double-charged. We prepaid for our stay (two rooms) through the Hilton Honors website. However, after we checked out, our credit card was charged again. We contacted the hotel, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel manager only refunded the double-charge for one of the two rooms. My wife and I called (and emailed) the hotel multiple times to get the issue resolved, to no avail. Ultimately, we had to submit a dispute through our credit card company. This is a clear open-and-shut case (clearly the hotel's mistake), and a full refund should have been initiated immediately. It is disappointing that we got the run-around (once again, Hilton dropped the ball). I would give the hotel an "average" rating. However, considering our overall experience, including the double-charge issue and how it was poorly handled, I am giving the hotel an overall "poor" rating.
