It was clean and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a decent price for a good clean room. It's close to stores and restaurants. Kid friendly place as well. I would stay there again. It is a very fair price and no one bothers you.

To start hotel was paid for and clearly stated no extra fees due at property. When I refused to let me charge my card again then they wanted $100 cash deposit for a hotel that definitely wasn’t worth that. Check out at 11. At 8 house keeping kept banging on the door to do housekeeping. So I do not recommend this place. We and family members stay in Decatur very often. None of us will ever stay here again.

The entire property is under renovation, there were no lights next to the bed, few outlets, it did seem very clean but the door also didn't fully close that there was light coming through.

Lobby was full of boxes a mattress and other items. Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable, outside room was less than appealing

There was a hole in the bathroom door and some damage under the sink. However, the front desk attendant said they were in the process of remodeling all of the rooms. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly. Overall, a nice budget-friendly place for an overnight stop.

Exterior of building is in disrepair but the room was clean. Some of the lights and outlets did not work. Staff was friendly.
