The best thing I can say about this hotel is the front desk staff was not rude. They weren’t exactly great either, though. Check in was exactly that. She checked me in and was nice enough. But there was no explanation about breakfast, or any other “amenities” or changes due to “COVID”. Even though all state mandates are no longer in effect, they still have signs up on the front door “requiring masks”. The whole hotel needs remodeling-there are holes and cracks in the walls, some stuff has been half painted, it’s just generally dirty! In the room-it literally looked like the housekeeping staff (hopefully) changed the sheets and towels, and vacuumed. The bathroom sink and counter was dirty, the faucet in the tub was dirty, as well as the towel rack and mirror. The mirror on the wall in the room had fingerprints all over it as well. The microwave had food residue on the turntable plate and all around the inside of the microwave. The lamp looked like it had not been dusted in ages. They also don’t have full size pillows on the bed. There were 3 throw pillow size pillows on each bed. When we went down for breakfast, we had to go all the way to the front desk before we saw any information about how to go about breakfast. They had pre-packaged breakfast options-which were ok-just no info about it! Upon checkout, I assumed they would ask, as most people do, how everything was and I was ready to tell them a few issues…but he didn’t ask, so here’s your review!!
