Friendly staff, room was not ready when we arrived but was cleaned promptly. Coffee available 24/7 in the breakfast area, had an issue with the toilet plugging but again got it fixed promptly, would stay here again

3 hour wait to get into our room as no one available to clean rooms. Pool closed. work out room closed.

The staff are doing their best with a used up property.

It is convenient to the interstate, lots of restaurants within driving distance, a nice lobby, great Continental breakfast, elevator, very clean, friendly helpful staff, and great rooms. The only negative is the entry road is right beside another road and it is hard to tell which is which. We turned off to the wrong road a couple times and you have to go back out on the highway and find your way back in. There are no interconnecting parking lots with the neighboring businesses, which would be very helpful. All in all a great motel.

Not maintained at all. Dirty, smelly, toilet leaking and moving. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming.

Had a very late arrival after a long day of driving. Charlie, the night auditor, made me feel very welcomed and easily accommodated my special requests-very charming and professional. He put a smile on my face. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.

Mold in bathroom and curtain in room totn and shredded and sheets didnt smell fresh. Small changes and repairs could have made it cleaner and better

our room was dirty. there was used soap in the shower from the previous occupant. No sheets/pillows and blankets on one of the beds. half the lights weren't working correctly. the whole place smelt musky. The staff was nice and tried to help, but it was clearly understaffed and they can no do what they needed to.

I recently had the unfortunate experience with this hotel left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the establishment. The state of the room was appalling, with shredded curtains hanging from the windows, wires dangling from the ceiling, along with a distinct odor that made it unbearable to spend any time in there. It was clear that the hotel had neglected basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, upon leaving the establishment after communicating that the condition of the room was not acceptable, we were informed that the exterminator had visited the day before. This revelation left us feeling incredibly uneasy and questioning the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort. The fact that they failed to inform us of this prior to our arrival was both irresponsible and unacceptable. The lack of maintenance and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property. The common areas were equally filthy, with stained carpets and unkempt furniture. It was evident that the hotel was in dire need of a thorough renovation and a complete overhaul of their cleaning practices. Disappointing for this hotel chain.
