There are certain hotel brands that I stay away from, because they tend to be run down, not the cleanest, not a good experience. I never thought I'd say that about a IHG hotel. This is the exception. very disappointing and the cold cheap breakfast was awful.

This makes the second year I have chose this location. I use this location for my wrestling team that travels to a nearby tournament. They are always friendly and accommodating. I will continue to use them every year!

Hotel is ok, for most part it’s clean. Torn Screens on windows outside kind of set the stage for what to expect. The room has an off smell, the wall around the AC unit is a disaster cracked and crumbling. Water has very strong over powering smell so assume it’s well water, they at least have a water machine so you can have fresh water for drinking or brushing teeth. Shower heads need replaced, all orange corroded and limited to choice of spray. Direct TV reboots 1 or 2 times while watching it. Overall if not for working in the area, I would look elsewhere in the future.

Very under staffed,
Breakfast was terrible
No coffee creamer
no hot water for tea
No pancake mix
No sugar
Tv did not work staff did NOT fix it while we were gone for the day.
Soap at sink was broken
Bathroom not very clean
Lighting in the room was poor
Definitely NOT as nice as last year
