The hotel is nice. It was SO cold and the front doors were broken which is understandable. The heat in my room started making a horrible noise about 2am which was a pain. Staff was very nice

We were on the fourth floor, and it sounded like there was a laundry machine running all night long. I kept waking up from this noise.

The mattress was old stubborn so I rolled into a hole in the middle. Sleep was not comfy but it was my only issue. Place was quite and clean and staff was really nice.

We needed a lot of rooms for a gathering and Amy was extremely helpful in helping us secure a block! The hotel is nice and in a great location! Nani and the staff were truly great, and helped accommodate all of our requests! The lobby has a nice gathering space that we used for a group of 20-30 and there was still plenty of room to spare for other guests. The suites were large and the rooms are nice overall. Overall, the staff are what truly made the stay enjoyable, thanks for everything!
