The location was ideal for us, the pool was nice and warm, and the lovely staff. It's evident that the hotel is cutting back .

Staffs were very professional and respectful to the guests. The rooms were cleas and the beds were comfy. My only complaint is there are no elevators which can be difficult to drag heavy luggage to the upper floor via stairways.

We are a family who needs 3 beds. This suite was just right for us, with a particularly comfortable kitchen area next to convenient table that pulls out from the desk. We liked the pool, nice temperature in a pleasant room. The only downsides were lack of places to hang towels and wet swimsuits, and doors (room entrance and exterior side doors) that were stiff to open and didn’t always close completely behind us.

The entire hotel smelled like ****. It’s a non smoking hotel yet it didn’t smell like one. It was clean otherwise.

The hotel was clean, but what they called a queen bed was clearly a fullsize. And when it says sleeps 5 (a stretch if we are talking about adults), why only have 3 towels in the room? And we requested more, but they were never delivered. Additionally, we paid for breakfasts with our room, but were told there were none when we showed up. Overall, the hotel was clean and safe, but we did not get what we paid for.
