This is my second time of staying here. Good location for business travelers and very warm greetings.

This was one of our best hotel experiences ever! The room was ultra clean, large and very comfortable! Such a reasonable price at $126 a night. The hotel grounds are clean and inviting! We highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn in Deerfield. My sister lives 5 minutes away so this is also so convenient for us!

I had a great stay. Clean, roomy and a great matress. I had a great nights rest.

The kitchen was will equipped. The sidewalks were cleared via an exorbitant amount of a 'salt' compound. The toilet wouldn't flush due to the chain coming off of the handle... I had to fix that. Also the bathroom door is hard to shut... the door needs an adjustment. Other than that, it was a nice, clean, good-sized suite room. It is a pretty friendly hotel... if you have the extra $100. That seems a bit excessive to me

Really surprised to see this place has an average of four star reviews. I spent one night here in November and checked out early because it just wasn’t up to par. I travel often for business and am used to Marriott Courtyards through Hyatt Regency’s, all in same price range as this place. For some reason, this trip, most of my other options were full and I figured this couldn’t be too bad. The rooms are something from 25 years ago. Old carpets, furniture, drapery, bedding, TV, etc. I felt like I stepped in to some lodge in Northern Wisconsin (no offense Northern Wisconsin). I was solo but “upgraded” to a two room suite. Nice gesture I suppose but actually it just made it twice as depressing. Double the amount of old stuff. The living room area consisted of an old couch facing a wall and a small tv mounted on the wall, but not in front of couch. It was totally useless. Kitchen I suppose was fine. Old, but workable, not that I needed it. Checkin process took 10 minutes. 8 minutes longer than necessary and somewhat of a bizarre encounter. Breakfast was decent. No real complaints there other than just old. Bottom line is this place is in major need of a facelift.

The front desk staff and on site staff were all very friendly. My room was clean and they were accommodating to both my cat and my situation-I needed a late check-out because of work being completed at my home and they allowed me to extend it until 4pm on a Friday.
