It looks way different from the pictures. Hallway and stairs look too old, carpet in the halls is lifting. The rooms are clean and spacious but bathroom shower only has half a glass door and water is able to get out which sucks because it gets cold when you shower. The A/C barely works it got super hot at night. It says there a pool once we got there they said that they don’t have one.

The lobby was very beautiful and clean. Front desk staff was great! The room I stayed in was okay but the phone inside did not work, the TV remote was having issues, two of the lights in the room did not work and there was garbage on the floor by the couch when we entered.

This is a top notch facility. Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, and perfect housekeeping services. The bar is hopping in the evenings and the bar staff is superb. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice. Has a pretty lobby with lots of seating area. Front desk is friendly. No free breakfast. The breakfast food is really expensive. Note it's cheaper to buy the breakfast buffet then it is to go to the stop and go place. The room was huge. Has a huge TV in the room. The bathroom is big but all that extra space could use a bigger sink. There is no where in the bathroom to store all your bathroom stuff. We got a handicapped room. Not sure why though. I never requested one. Maybe that why the room and bathroom are so big The pool is nice but the room the pool is in is so cold. I swam in it last night and was shivering when I got out. I couldn't get warm all night. I only stayed here because I could use points and because it was close to the Chicago Botanical Gardens. Would I stay here again? Only if we were going to the gardens.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. We were there for almost 5 weeks while our house was under construction so we got to know the hotel and staff very well. The staff is wonderful as is the hotel. Food service is great and your room is cleaned daily if you want it. Our only issue is that the pool is too cold, and we thought the manager might have reached out since we were there on an exrended stay (and racked up at very big bill), but we never heard from them.
