The room was clean and service was quick. The staff was cooperative they kept my luggage for around 5 hours. Their lobby area was good i felt comfortable waiting there for 2 hours before my next trip.

Had a pleasant stay in the suite very spacious and neat and clean however supply of 2 small mineral water is a minus point in summer time at least 4 big bottles are required

Overall good experience property had on prime location, little bit far away to railway station and paltan bazaar, room was good and hygienic, service were too fast and food was good but too costly

Hotel location is ok. Markets are near. But room quality is not good. My ac was sounding like he'll. Although they fixed this but fix was not complete. Gate locks where not proper. Maintenance of room is highly recommended when we are paying good for this. Restaurant is understaffed. When we ask waiter to serve food he said there is shortage of staff. Although he served later.

The property is good with nice and clean rooms plus ample parking and well located close to parade ground. We had booked two rooms and both had no hot water. One room the shower interlock was not holding. The staff was helpful and provided hot water in bucket. If they can sort out the water/plumbing issues it will be good choice for long stays.
