Certainly, here's a refined version: Indeed, this resort is exceptional; the staff and ***ager are incredibly courteous, and the rooms are superb. The exemplary service provided by the staff has truly impressed us; they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The cuisine was also delectable. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Shahanshahi Resort; it offers a truly luxurious experience, worth every penny.

*Pathetic hotel with Pathetic Room service. Even the tea tastes Pathetic. *Hot water heater does not work. *Pathetic network in this area. *Room service cannot be called via telephone. *For elderly people lot of walking to climb stairs. This is dangerous for them. ****y parts of this hotel/resort are unattended very dangerous for children if not attended by parents they can easily get lost or even fall and meet with accident. *This hotel/resort is exactly opposite of its name Shahanshahi ! *Entire Staff full of lazy bumps !

Everything is perfect. ***ager and reception girls very outstanding, went out of the way to make our stay pleasant. Thanks for your hospitality. Will love to visit again if future. All the best to Resort and staff.

The basic room available online is not at all worth it and smells of dampness. Not sure what the ***agement is doing when they know the walls are deteriorating. I had to upgrade my room by paying an additional 4k, as the base room could be unhygienic to health. The staff is available to address your issues, however, they have not been trained well. Our TV in the room was not working, surprisingly the staff took more than an hour to resolve the issue. The wifi does not work, so don't expect too much.  The front office ***ager, who recently joined, is all helpful when he is trying to sell a higher room category to you, however, seems to lose interest in the customer when the deal is done. We shared the TV issue with him, and his response was "ab problem solve ho ***i na". You don't say this to a customer, it wasn't a favor!!! Both front office executives, Akansha and other lady are helpful and doing their job well.  The food was decent, no complaints. The breakfast layout could have been better.  Overall, it was an average stay....will keep this as the last option if I visit Dehradun again. 

Hotel is good from outside only ,food is ok, stinking rooms, chery on the cake was the staff / owner and they think they have done favours to guest giving you accomodation, they dont have a restaurant and better to avoid as you have good options nearby .. specially ***ager who tells he has experience of 30 years but it looks he doesn't even knows the H of hospitality and (was rude with guests) not at all friendly with guests while offering services, and arranging basic buffet during breakfast..and he think the guest are burden on hotel.. stinking rooms.. no towels placed in rooms, after asking 10 times they deliver.

In short, a real review is 1. Stinking bathrooms. 2. No towels and toiletries kept in bathrooms. 3. Negative attitude of staff. 4. Not worth the visit. Waste of money. 5. No locks for rooms. When asked response was we have sent for making Keys. 6. For a couple stay, they keep one tea mug in room. 7. No drinking water kept in rooms. 8. Difficult to call for room service as no intercom available in rooms. 9. Since we had gone in group, bathroom size in few Superior Rooms was tooooo small in size. Please avoid it to feel disappointed later, ignore any better review, they appear to be motivated and not based on facts.
