Worst Experience.. don’t stay this hotel..worst services and facilities hotel. Scam… stay away this hotel . I stayed there 7 july tonight.. poor WiFi services Poor hk services Bad attitude with guest in reception team Plumbing issue Water seepage WiFi is very weak Room standard like a village. I had very bad experience forever with them

It is a small compact set up. We had booked two rooms via *********** (not the first time bookings through that website turned a disappointment). The rooms we were given were really small and you have to climb a narrow iron stair case to get to. the type you would allot to your house help etc. It was dirty as well. On complaining the gave an altnerate room - this time one larger room at the same price which was spacious and on the ground floor). as it was already 10pm we took it. However once we moved it we saw the room as really dirty, hu*** hair inside the wardrobes, dusty furniture and some broken gym equipment kept in the room which they refused to move. the linen and towels were really old and did not appear clean. when we asked for an extra bedsheet what came was pretty dirty. We asked for dinner which was decent and reasonably priced. Those ***ning the front desk had very poor attitude (take it or leave it types). Another family who were checking in with us, did not like their room and walked out and stayed at the hotel opposite and later said the rooms there were better.

The hotel is a unique hotel as it has collection of antique pieces at the very entrance. The hotel is nicely build but may be due to rainy season, there was smell in the room. There is a lack of ventilations in the room and the rooms need urgent maintenance. Food is available on order in room and is of good quality. Staff is quite friendly and hospitable. They listen to the customer when asked for. There is no lifts and every time, you enter or exit, it is through reception. Very close to railway station, dehradun.
