Loved the say at Fairfield. The house-keeping, restaurant and the lobby staff were extremely helpful and assistive. We stayed in the valley view rooms and the views were stunning. The breakfast and the dinner were lovely. Looking forward to visiting again!

"Everything right where you need it! " I am presently staying at this hotel and I really like it......the software is humble ( I meet Mohit and checkin), the place/location is great, prices is decent & product is fresh.....as a marketing person....I recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a great stay as this product deserves a 5 star.... Special thanks to Mohit for a smooth check in.

The people are polite and extremely helpful. Staffs are excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Awesome with reasonable prices. I must appreciate Umesh Kumar who drives safely. Housekeeping Sudhangshu, Dining hall ***ager Krishna Ji - all staffs are excellent

Very clean, Comfortable, Great Hospitality right from Front Desk Barkha, Utsav and Others to F&B comprising of Neha, Krishna Priyanshu and others to HouseKeeping Sudhanshu and others to great Chauffer given by the hotel named Umesh. Overall it was value for money for me. I wish all of them All the Best! Keep it up! See you soon next time.

Visited the hotel with family and had a great time. They have nice clean rooms with beautiful interiors. The staff is very courteous and the service is very fast. The restaurant is also beautifully constructed with glass walls and great views, the breakfast spread is also great. The only let down was the swimming pool which wasn’t temperature controlled. In a hilly region like dehradun where most of the year its cold weather, one would expect a Mariott hotel to have temp controlled pool otherwise its of no use specially for families with children. Also no children playing area. But otherwise our experience was great.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun. The accommodations were nice and comfortable, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Navin Chikkara from JW Marriott Chandigarh for his efforts in making the arrangements seamless. I'd also like to express my gratitude to ***ager ***jeet Singh, Chef Naveen, and their team for their wonderful hospitality throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Further to my earlier review, i called hotel yesterday evening march 22 around 9 pm to resolve the issue, to my surprise mr ankur threatened me with legal action, wow the customer is threatened by hotel staff of kegal action when i asked them questions and to resolve my issue. Please check the voice recording mr Genetics ***ager.they disconnected my phone thrice. Please contact me to see the video of my stay and see how unclean and dirty it is.
