The hotel was great but it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that will ensure my return …Ratika , Divan and front desk were super helpful and nice.
The hotel kitchen staff (Vikas and Rohit) were not only competent in their jobs but friendly, and I felt they took a personal interest in my satisfaction.

I think the hotel is great value for money and location as well. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. The food is amazing, i dont think ive had so much breakfast in my life ever. Great food, good and courteous staff. The only thing the hotel can improve is the noise coming from the reception area from the staff, they get a little chatty and the noise can come up to your room sometimes.

I stayed in hotel alaya for 3 nights and this is the best property i've seen in dehradun. We had a trip of 7 days and we booked a hotel each day but on the 4th day we visited hotel alaya and staff, food, hygiene, rooms, price everything is perfect. I would suggest to stay here just for a day and for sure you'll not feel to change this property.

Rooms with space and nice furniture. Very clean bathroom. Spacious fine dining and tasty buffets. Location is within the city and very approachable to market.

I booked this hotel for overnight stay at dehradun. The location is good, ample parking, they really have good terrace with great night view. The staff is courteous and food is awesome. While breakfast staff keeps roaming around to provide best service.

Extremely good hotel, cleanliness is well maintained. Better then the price you pay. Terrace is very good to dine n party, staff is very good, reception staff is very polite and cheerful overall good experience.
