The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not ***y varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

IT was an excellent experience. I was there to attend a conference. food was very good and staff were very helpful and polite. it is situated in the centre of city with available parking. all important points are near by, very near to F.R.I. ( FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE) and ONGC.

Beautiful rooms , beautiful hotel, restaurant food is good ,houskeeping services are on time , we love the breakfast variety, breakfast menu is different from other day , that is nice really,reception staff is good specially khushboo and Shivani ,both are corporative and always smiling ,next trip at Ramada for sure.

The stay was very good n very comfortable. The rooms are very hygienic and very spacious. Services are very good. Yashika, Navraj and abhyudaya from reception are very helpful. The hotel is situated at a very good price location. Thank you.

Navraj and azim is a great help n best example of hospitality...ramada is all time favourite ....food n beverages r gud enough...property is huge n new...Mr Suresh saklani only recommend us hotel .. really amazing experience in all .. beautiful roof top rest n bar
