Hotel Ganga Ashoka Rishikesh

The stay was very comfortable the staff was good the location is very good near ganga ghat restaurant and parking also available overall I like to stay very much I recommend to saty in this property atleast once the vibe of the hotel very quite and pice full and the best thing is the food pure veg and delicious

For the price you pay it is just about right. We booked at 2400/- per night with Breakfast. The fastest check in at any hotel that i ever had this was the only excellent thing. We stayed in room 104, the door lock was broken as they did not have any other room so we when we went out we left it to faith. The reception person told we have cameras so if some one steals we will know who has done it ... 😁😁😁 The rooms was not clean, telephone broken It is at quite a distance from the Ram jula / Triveni Ghat and Lax*** Jula. Breakfast was only Puri Bahaji and pasta , the tea was not drinkable . Omlett on chargable basis Rs 86/-. Parking no problem. Can be used as one night transit. Staff behaviour was good. @2400/- per nigh it just about right but i have seen better hotels at that price. By the way Breakfast time is 7 - 10 AM and if you reach at 10.01 it is closed so be on time😅😅😅

Booked for 4 N between May 12 and 15, 2023. The room was smaller than promised (1076 sqft) at time of booking. It was not cleaned even we did late check-in. And we had to spend 3 hours outside before getting the room. 24 hours hot water was not available, though it was promised. No toiletry (soap, hand wash etc) was provided. No complimentary drinking water was provided. TV was not working. When asked for hot water at morning, they sent hot water in a bucket used for keeping paint emulsion. I almost lost my clothes as they were found in some other room, after we came back in evening on May 14. Room service was terrible. It does not deserve to be 3-star hotel.

# I stayed one night (May 2023) in this hotel Ganga Ashoka Rishikesh with family in 2 deluxe rooms and my overall rating is 3 out of 5. Cleanness is ok, room size is limited and no almirah or shelves , so less space is available to keep luggage bags. No hook for hanging cloth in room. There is no individual geaser in bathroom and one common boiler for hot water, which was tripped during our stay and we had to take bath with normal water. We have to ask towel (for 2nd person) , soaps etc. Exhaust fan was not in line in bath room. Room service is average. Breakfast in Hotel is ok but tea is average. # Hotel is located in residential society area. Parking space is available, hotel approach is via very narrow lane however hotel person will guide for parking plot car entry thru other lane. The biggest plus point is hotel location, ganga ghat cum long marine line for walking at back side of hotel (2 min walking distance) Triveni ghat is near 2.2km but Ram jhula is about 5km from here. That's why I stayed one night at Tapovan area hotel for Ram Zhula , Lax*** Zhula etc and one night in this hotel which near to Triveni Ghat.

Newly built property but rooms are stinky. I stayed in room no 203, which was smelling like sewage whenever i came back to room from outside. Kept spraying my deo all the time. Even there was no water supply at times. Very poor service, have to order evrything 3 times. They give refiiled water bottles in room, have to mention while ordering that i want sealed mineral water bottle. Not a good stay with family.

The hotel is well located at the bank of river ganges with a great staff nd services with the front desk available 24*7. The hotel is very hygenic with spacious rooms with a restaurant at the top with open terrace

Their service was great. Rooms were clean and prices very affordable. Dorm option is the best for trekkers leaving early mornings. They wake you up in the morning if needed. The also have a great airo yoga session happening in the morning that everyone must try out!

If you are traveling with family then you should definitely prefer this hotel. Their hospitality is wonderful for families too and will understand your concern. The ***ager was fully cooperative and all the staffs too. Best part is that they will always give importance to families first. Enjoy your stay here.

I have stayed at this hotel & the high quality of service & attention to detail remains. The staff is amazing the room have been comfortable, food quality was also very good. Overall experience was excellent. Recommended for long stay in Rishikesh
